I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information. Please may you provide me with:
1. Total cost of employed research consultants and analysts in Uganda (named in the job title)
2. Total spend on outsourced research companies and service providers in Uganda. Please break this down by vendor (service provider)
3. Total number of research projects undertaken by the organization for the past 3 years in Uganda. Please break this down based on the funding body.
4. Total cost of recruitment and staffing of your organization's research dept and /or research service vendors in Uganda.
5. Total cost of outsourced marketing contracts in Uganda - such as marketing agencies, press agencies and social/digital media contracts broken down by vendor (service provider).
6. What procedure is undertaken to recruit research consultants and analysts on a new research project and who is the key stakeholder to facilitate this?
7. To the relevant stakeholder/ supervisor, what are the most common pain points in recruitment and management of in-country researchers and research analysts for interviews, fieldwork and data analysis?
