I am approaching you directly as I note that the Centres for Agricultural Innovation are a collaborative model between the agri-tech sector and government and my request relates to the publication of a public tender notice.
I am writing specifically in relation to the following framework agreement titled: Neutral Vendor and/or Managed Service Provider for the Supply of Multi Specialism Services Frameworks - Reference: 002-1019t. Awarded 30th December 2019.
Please may you provide me with the following in relation to the framework agreement:
1.A copy of the above-mentioned framework agreement
2.Details of the legal justification for the use of modification notices dated 8th February '21 and 12th Feb '21
3.Details of the contracting authorities currently accessing the framework
4.Details of the suppliers that can be accessed through the framework
5.The total spend through the framework since go live
6.The titles and recipients of the engagements that are currently live through the framework

I can confirm UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) do not hold the information relevant to your request.
Innovate UK funds and supports business and research collaborations, however the Agri-Epi Centre is an independent company and is not owned or managed by Innovate UK and therefore the framework information would not be held by Innovate UK.
