Request

Request Received: 4 October 2021

Competition Code: 2007_CRD_ASHN_BMC_2020
Project Title: Integrating Continuous Technologies Rapid Delivery of Cost Effective Biotherapeutics to Patients
Information Requested: All information held on the subject, including proof of concept system developed in previous projects; methods envisaged for critical control automation and predictive performance.
Format: Electronic copies

Clarification received on 7 October 2021:

Please could you clarify what you mean by all information held on the subject (what are you referring to as the 'subject')?

The subject is the Project referred to as Integrating Continuous Technologies Rapid Delivery of Cost Effective Biotherapeutics to Patients on page 26 at this link1. I am requesting any additional information on this Project beyond what is provided by the applicants at the link above.

Regarding "proof of concept system developed in previous projects" - which previous projects are you referring to and do you have reference numbers for these projects?

Unfortunately, the previous projects are not defined in the information available at the link above. It simply states "This project builds on the proof-of-concept system developed in previous projects and adds the next required level of configurability, automation control and process intelligence." I am requesting any information on the proof-of-concept system developed in previous projects that this Project builds on.

On "methods envisaged for critical control automation and predictive performance" - please could you specify what you mean?

The link above states in the first bullet on page 27 that one of the goals of the Project is: "critical control automation and predictive performance to show real-time continuity of quality attributes and to predict consumable lifetime and changeover to avoid quality deviations (predictive maintenance)." I am requesting information related to the methods envisage to achieve this.
