1. What telephone system does the organisation use?
We use PBX phone systems and SNOM and Yealink desk phones
2. How many users use the telephone system?
Approx 600 depending on staff numbers.
3. Is the telephone system cloud based?
No
4. When will the organisation next review their telephony contracts?
Mid 2023
5. Who is the main network provider the organisation uses for its mobile phones?
Most users are on O2 and most (nearly all) use iPhone. 36 are on EE. 1 user has a Vodaphone SIM in conjunction with the O2 contract.
6. How many employees have a mobile phone supplied by the organisation?
Approximately 112
7. What is the date that the organisation will next review its main mobile phone contract?
The O2 Contact is negotiated by our parent, UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) and will be renewed in Summer 2023
8. What Video Conferencing Solutions does the organisation use?
We use Zoom and Teams for meetings. Predominantly Zoom. We also use some Cisco equipment in the meeting rooms.
9. Does the organisation run webinars or online events?
Yes
10. Does the organisation provide "click To chat" functionality on its website?
