I write to request a list of the recent winners of the 'Business-Led Innovation' Competition, who were declared on the 15th of May.

I would also request information on which of these winners were able to resubmit their application (i.e. were initially rejected, and then encouraged to reapply whilst the competition had closed to other applicants).
