Request

Request Received: 6 July 2020

I would like to make the following request under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I understand that BBSRC is responsible for at least one Biosafety Level 4 (or Containment Level 4) laboratory, at Pirbright.

Could you please provide me with details of all safety incidents and/or accidents at such facilities involving pathogens, biological agents, gases or any other dangerous chemicals, from 2010 to the present?

I would expect this to include any RIDDOR incidents, but also any internally reported safety incidents that may not fall under the scope of RIDDOR.

Could you also please specify the exact pathogen/agent/chemical involved in each incident.
