I am writing to request information relating to contracts that your organisation has with the cybersecurity firm Darktrace.
Please include details of any contracts for Darktrace products provided by third party software vendors such as Softcat.
1) Does your organisation have a current contract or software license with Darktrace?
2) You previously had a contract. Can you please provide a copy of any post contract review (e.g. Gateway Review 5 - Benefits Realisation) that took place? If this document was not created please provide the final ongoing review of the product during the contract.
3) Do you have a current contract with Darktrace?

UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) do not hold any information relevant to your request.
UKRI previously held two contracts for Darktrace products, details of which are publicly available here:
• DDaT19299 - Darktrace Cyber Intelligence Appliances
• DDaT19195 - Darktrace Enterprise Immune System Technology
Both of these contracts have expired and have not been renewed. Post contract reviews or final ongoing reviews are not held on these contracts.
UKRI do not have a current contract or software license with Darktrace.
