b) Summaries of conversations with delegates from China, in the form of internal emails, notes or memoranda, showing matters discussed and any commentary or evaluation.

c) Summaries of outcomes planned or carried out, as a result of ,or following, this conference.

As ever, personal names (but not institutions) and commercial information such as financial details of commercial contracts may be blanked out in the disclosure, if this is exempt under FOIA legislation.
