1. Have you appointed, or do you intend to appoint in the next 12-24 months, a 'Data Protection Representative' in any overseas territory (for example, in the EU, Switzerland, China, Turkey etc) with the appropriate authority?
2. If you have not appointed a representative, please provide any documented decisions explaining why not (for example, "considered exempt as a public authority" or "do not believe the risk levels warrant it", "No, but not recorded", etc)?
3. If you have appointed a representative, please provide any documented decisions explaining why along with details of each appointed representative by territory/country.
