Can you please provide me with a detailed listing of the steps that Innovate UK take to audit the existence of employees whose time costs are being included in grant claims submitted to Innovate UK.
Please also include the full listing of documentary evidence that are obtained to get reasonable assurance that these employees exist.
If you do not trace either individual salary payments or overall net pay from a payroll report to a bank statement please explain why.
