This request relates to a presentation delivered by Sandra Stancliffe on November 26th 2018 at College Court Conference Centre, Leicester, United Kingdom.

The presentation was delivered as part of an AHRC/JPICH Workshop on Re-use and continued use of historic buildings, urban centres and landscapes (see here: https://ahrc.ukri.org/newsevents/events/calendar/ahrc-jpich-workshop-on-re-use-and-continued-use-of-historic-buildings-urban-centres-and-landscapes/).

Sandra Stancliffe attended the conference as a representative of Historic England.

The specific documents that I am requesting are as follows:

1. A copy of the PowerPoint presentation Ms. Stancliffe delivered.

2. A copy of any preparatory notes Ms. Stancliffe prepared.

3. A copy of any notes recording events at the workshop, if they exist.

In relation to questions 1 and 2 of your request, this information is not held. UKRI does not hold a copy of Sandra Stancliffe's PowerPoint presentation or any notes she used. The speakers brought their own presentations on the day and did not provide copies of these to UKRI or AHRC.

In relation to question 3 of your request, attached are some brief notes relevant to Sandra Stancliffe's presentation that have been extracted from a set of notes taken on the day.

Under Section 21 - Information already reasonably accessible, of the FOIA some of the information you have requested is already available in the public domain. Section 21 is an absolute exemption which means that there is no requirement to conduct a public interest test.
