Please could you provide the following information in regards to the Smart Grants: October 2019 Competition:
1. the total number of applications
2. the number of assessed applications (not disregarded due to being deemed out of scope etc)
3. the smallest and largest amount of funding per project
4. the average score
5. the success threshold
6. the number of applications funded
7. the number of applications funded per 'innovation area'
8. the average funding amount per project
9. decision-making process based on portfolio (i.e., why higher scoring projects might not get funded and lower scoring project get funded).
