I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in relation to the procurement titled “Cloud Hosting and Professional Services” awarded by UK Research and Innovation (UKRI). Awarded 20 February 2026. Value £414,875.
I would be grateful if you could provide electronic copies of the following documents, where held and where they are not already publicly available:
1. The award report or award recommendation.
2. The consensus evaluation report.
3. The evaluation matrix showing the scores awarded against each evaluation criterion.
4. The price evaluation sheet, or the document showing the final price scoring results.
5. Any moderation meeting notes or moderation report produced during the evaluation process.
6. The final scores awarded to all bidders for each evaluation criterion and their overall total scores.
7. Any assessment summaries or debrief documents prepared for unsuccessful bidders.
8. Any other evaluation documents used by the evaluation panel that are not already publicly available.
Where any part of the requested information is exempt from disclosure, I would appreciate receiving the remainder of the documents with only the exempt information redacted, where possible.
If any of the requested documents are already publicly available, I would be grateful if you could direct me to the relevant publication instead.
