I would like to make a Freedom of Information request regarding Innovate UK. I would like to know:
• For the published data about projects funded by Innovate UK, what are the year-end dates for the competition data? e.g., is it 01/04/2020 to 31/03/2021?
• Innovation Lending: for the years 2020/21 & 2021/22 for lead applicants, what were the total amounts of funding offered?
• In the UKRI Annual Report 2021-22, Innovate UK is listed as having awarded ~£1.2bn, but in the data published on Innovate UK's website (Innovate UK funded projects since 2004 spreadsheet), the total amount awarded is only £405,724,220. Is this value correct? If so, is there a particular reason for the difference that can be shared? And what was the remainder of the budget spent on?
