I can confirm UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) do not hold the information relevant to your request.

We have reviewed your request in collaboration with our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) team, and can confirm that Innovate UK does not collect or hold the data you have requested.

Innovate UK have published a blog (https://innovateuk.blog.gov.uk/2020/07/02/the-power-of-diversity-data/) outlining how Innovate UK will collect this data in future.

We intend to publish aggregated and anonymised equality, diversity and inclusion data in the future in line with the other Research Councils in UKRI (https://www.ukri.org/news/ukri-publishes-harmonised-diversity-data/). Innovate UK's EDI data is not part of this publication due to differences in the nature of funding and data collection.

As above, there is no information held regarding specific assistance to those from the BAME community however assistance is available to all via the Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN) and the events they provide.
