I would like to submit a request for some information from the organisation, in relation to their contract's register. The FULL contract register should display all the organisations existing/live contracts I would like the register to display the following columns/headings:
1. Contract Reference -Unique reference number associated with the contract.
2. Contract Title
3. Procurement Category -Please state the category name of the contract, I wish to know the category the contract is under.
4. Supplier Name
5. Spend (Total, Annual or contract value)
6. Contract's Duration
7. Contract's Extensions
8. Contract's Start Date
9. Contract's Expiry Date
10. Contract Description [Please provide me with as much detail as possible.]
11. Contact Owner (Person that manages the contract register)
12. CPV codes/Pro-Class Contract Data/API Contact Details
1. Can you also provide me with contact details of the person responsible for the actual contract's register or someone responsible for API? [Name, Job Title, Telephone, Email Address] At the very least provide me with their actual job title. (Meaning of API "a set of functions and procedures that allow the creation of applications which access the features or data of an operating system, application, or other service.")
2. IMPORTANT
1. If the organisation has a CRM system or a similar system, there should be a facility to download and extract contract data.
2. You may forward me a Weblink to a portal to download the contract register, please make sure all the organisation's contracts are provided as doing prior research I have found that most organisations have only uploaded a small portion of all their contracts.
3. For those organisations planning to make an exemption around spend, the spend information I have requested is an overall figure and I am not requesting a complete breakdown of services relating to the spend.
Please provide me with the contract's register file in an excel format.

I am writing to ask for your help with a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Would it be possible for you to send me a copy of any records that would show some or all of the following information:
1. A list of ALL types of alternative asset investments, including private equity, venture capital, distressed debt, mezzanine, fund of funds, infrastructure, natural resources, real estate and private debt partnerships in which MRC Pension Scheme is an investor; and
2. For each partnership, may I please have a copy of any alternative assets investment records that would show some or all of the following information:
a. MRC Pension Scheme's total commitment to the partnership,
b. the total contributions made by MRC Pension Scheme to the partnership to date,
c. the total distributions received by MRC Pension Scheme from the partnership to date,
d. the estimated current value of MRC Pension Scheme's holding in the partnership, and
e. any available figures showing the Net, Gross and Unlevered IRR earned by MRC Pension Scheme to date on its investment in the partnership.
3. In addition to this could you please provide me with an up to date account of your current asset allocations in the above asset classes including any direct investments you may have.
Thank you very much for your attention to this request. I have attached an example of the type of information that we are hoping to receive.
In the event that MRC Pension Scheme has no such investments, a simple note to this effect will suffice.

In response to a freedom of information request I made in 2019 (UKRI Ref: 2019/0297), on 16 December 2019 I was provided a redacted version of documents that were submitted by Brunel University as part of their application for grant EP/H026177/1 (EPSRC Centre for Innovative Manufacturing in Liquid Metal Engineering) that was eventually awarded in 2010. These included a redacted version of the original 'Case for Support' document. Regarding this, I have a query and a further request/appeal:
Freedom of information request:
In the redacted document named "01 EP_H026177-1 CfS_Redacted.pdf" (which contained the Case for Support), on pages 7, 8, 9 and 10, certain sections under PRA1 - PRA6 and ULRA1 - ULRA6 were redacted. Was the decision to redact these sections taken solely by the UKRI, or was this done after contacting other stakeholders?
Appeal:
May I appeal that I be provided a non-redacted version of the Case for Support document please. In particular, I am interested in looking at the content under the sections PRA1, PRA2 and PRA4, which were redacted. I believe a public scrutiny of the technical contents of grant proposals is very important. From what I can tell, there does not appear to be any personal information of any individuals under the aforementioned (redacted) sections of this document. In addition, the grant EP/H026177/1 came to an end long ago in 2015 and any exploitation that could have been made from this content would have been made by now. Hence, I believe there should be no problem in releasing all the technical details presented in this proposal.

Please can your organisation provide the following information:
a) The number of roles in your association (expressed in numbers of FTE), that are mainly or exclusively focussed on issues of equality, diversity, or inclusivity. For example, this could include (amongst other guises) "EDI officers" or "diversity and inclusion project managers" but would not include general HR managers.
b) Either a) the pay band of each of these roles, or b) the combined total salaries for these roles. Whichever measure is more in accordance with your data preferences.
c) In the past 12 months the number of staff days across your organisation which have been committed to attending equality training programmes, whether internally run or with external consultants. (staff days = duration of the training programme multiplied by the number of staff in attendance for the course). If unable to provide please mark as N/A in your return.
