  2. Request Received: 2 January 2022

Please could you provide the price paid (per m^2, rounded/non-disclosive) for the Solar Panels at BASC, just south of Madingley Road, Cambridge? And the auditing/ validation around that price?

It might be best just to stick to the above, which is the only question I wish to pursue, but if you would like to tell me anything else about them, I will be very grateful:
    - their embodied (audited/ and independently verified by triangulation and sensors) footprint?
    - their achieved power output (over 2021 maybe) total kWh?
    - the CO2 accounts of BASC/Cambridge?
    - what is the utilisation (load) factor, and power consumption, of what are your fume hoods (what the vents look to be)?
    - the electricity bill (for the same period) of BASC/Cambridge?
    - BASC.ac.uk's auditing, and ecosystem, accounting/etc Standard (can't remember, maybe ISO or BS?)?

Many of them face the wrong way, if I am not mistaken*, and are also at an extremely low tilt angle. And BASC/Cambridge has, there, perhaps 6 (or 8?) refrigeration shipping containers, running.

    Clarification received 22 January 2022:

Question 3 - refers to embodied carbon footprint, i.e. embodied CO2equivalent, preferably Scope 3

Question 6 - provide for example, a more specific location / which system
All of those "forced vent systems", comprising 3 or 4 groups of metal double wall (?) vents longer than ~3ft above the roof level at their base, I think.

  3. Request Received: 4 February 2022

I'm developing a ransomware toolkit. The purpose of the toolkit is to provide organisations with recommendations (prevention and detection techniques and response strategies) to avoid or reduce the impact of ransomware attacks. I'm reaching out to you to ask if you would be willing to share (on a completely anonymous basis) any useful information relating to any ransomware attempts or attacks. Specifically, it would be incredibly helpful if you could share:

    1. The root cause of the ransomware attacks (or attempts)

    2. Any possible lessons learned from the ransomware attack

    3. Any positive strategies you employed before or during that helped to reduce the impact of the attack

    4. How did the organisation respond to the ransomware attack?

    5. Has the organisation employed any new defensive strategies/techniques after the ransomware attack with the intention of improving security against ransomware attacks

    6. Has the organisation developed any new response strategies for ransomware attacks

The toolkit I'm developing contains a series of questions to determine how holistic and robust an organisation's defense is against ransomware. Based on the answers to the questions, the toolkit provides a series of specific recommendations for improvement. I would be grateful if you could comment on whether or not such a toolkit would be of value to your organisation.

The main reason I'm asking for this information is to gather real world data on ransomware attacks, to allow me to evidence the potential effectiveness of the toolkit. Information that is used in my honours project, the respondent's details will be anonymised. Any information you are willing to divulge is greatly appreciated.

I would like to request a history of the minimum stipend (or equivalent living cost grant) amounts paid to state-funded PhD students from each of the following research councils:

    Medical Research Council - years 1913 - 2022

Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council - years 1994 - 2022

Economic and Social Research Council - years 1965 - 2022

For clarity, this would take the format: BBSRC (2021/22), minimum stipend = £15,609 and so on.

I would like to request this in electronic format, for the sake of ease and cost.

I would like to make the request relating to the award notice below:

    https://ted.europa.eu/udl?uri=TED:NOTICE:557029-2019:TEXT:EN:HTML

Could you please provide me with a copy of the order form for the contract award? I'm aware some parts may need to be redacted due to commercial reasons, this is completely fine. I'm more interested in the specifications, for example, the buyer and supplier's responsibilities, any alternative clauses, specific amendments etc.

If any part of this request is outside the scope of the FOIA, please answer what you can and advise and assist on the best way to uncover this information.

    Dear British Geological Survey,

I am currently seeking access to this data as I am conducting a data gathering exercise for the purposes of feasibility study into repurposing of abandoned/ operating oil wells. I see with great concern that Researchfish have been aggressively threatening academics for example they responded to a Professor who asked the simple question 'What's "Researchfish"', with the threat "We understand that you're not keen on reporting on your funding through Researchfish but this seems quite harsh and inappropriate. We have shared our concerns with your funder." (exchange here: https://twitter.com/Researchfish/status/1504542085369712640?cxt=HHwWgMCywcTDmuEpAAAA)

I would therefore like to make the following FOI request:

    1. Do UKRI have a bullying and harassment policy? If so, can I have a copy of it?

    2. Has any assessment of the above exchange (or similar ones with the threat to 'share concerns with your funder') been assessed for whether this is bullying/harassment and/or if it is compliant with any policy you have? If so can I have a copy of emails/minutes/details of discussion of this?

It would seem that I am missing some information in order to apply the public domain information you refer to [in FOI2022/00025], which is the role advertisement through which xxxxxxxxxxx was recruited to UKRI.

I see that there is an Extremist Organisation Affiliation Check (EOAC) please provide further details as to whether this is a UKRI internal check or external check.
