    I would like to request the following information related to STFC PhD studentship quota allocations:

    * The values that are used in the algorithm described here (https://stfc.ukri.org/files/algorithm-revision-july-2018/) to arrive at the final student quota per institution, i.e.: - per-institute values of V, Q, the adjustment for previous submission rates, the numbers of fellow holders as described under the "Definition of volume" heading on the above link, and the number of FTE RA posts as described under the "Definition of quality" heading on the above link - the constant of proportionality used

    I request these figures for the calculations that went into determining the studentship quotas for the academic years 2020/2021 and 2021/2022, please.

    … I notice the allocation is performed separately between subject area. I am requesting the details for the Astronomy allocations if it is easier to provide just those.

    1. The number of applications.

    2. The number of assessed applications.

    3. The number of successful applications.

    4. The success rate.

    5. The minimum successful score.

    6. The maximum successful score.

    7. Maximum score of failed applications.

    8. Average grant fund value per project.

    9. Average score of funded projects.

    10. The score distributions of the applications (e.g % (or number) of applications which scored <70, 70.1-75, 75.1-80, 80.1-85, 85.1-90, 90.1-95, 95.1-100).

    11. The count of assessed applications by innovation area.

    12. The count of successful projects by innovation area for each strand.

    13. The count of assessed applications by research category (feasibility studies, industrial research, experimental development).

    14. The count of successful projects by research category.

    15. The number of unsuccessful applications, if any, which scored above the minimum funded score.

    I am currently reviewing project documents form large innovative projects to specifically understand the implementation and application of risk management practices for these very unique projects like the Sir David Attenborough - new polar research ship.

    1. Food - Service contract that is focused around catering services.

    Contract profile questionnaire for each type of contract:

    1. Supplier/Provider of the services
    2. Total Annual Spend - The spend should only relate to each of the service contracts listed above.
    3. A description of the services provided under this contract please includes information if other services are included under the same contract.
    4. The number of sites the contract covers
    5. The start date of the contract
    6. The end date of the contract
    7. The duration of the contract, please include information on any extensions period.
    8. Who within the organisation is responsible for each of these contracts? name, Job Title, contact number and email address.

    You may have received the same request in the past. The information sent has now expired and I required an update as soon as possible. If all the information besides the contract dates are the same, I am happy to just receive an update on the contract dates.
