    Please could you help me out by providing the below information, regarding Innovate UK's 'October 19' Smart Competition. (This competition had a deadline of 08/01/20. Applicants were notified of the outcomes of the competition on 12/03/20.)

    Please could you provide the below information for both [A] Projects 18 months or less in duration, with total project cost of £500k or less;

    [B] Projects either over 18 months in duration and/or £500k project costs.

    1. The number of applications submitted and the number of those that were assessed (i.e. deemed in scope)

    2. The overall number of applications awarded funding and how many of these were first-time applications and resubmissions

    3. The number of applications within each innovation area and the number of those that were successful in each area.

    4. The average grant request and project size of the applications awarded funding

    5. The average score of successful applications and the lowest score for a successful application

    6. The percentages of successful applications that were Industrial Research and Experimental Development.

    7. The number of successful Industrial Research and Experimental Development projects that were (i) single applicant/partner, (ii) 2 partners, (iii) 3+ partner.

    I wish to submit a request to the organisation around their hosting contract(s) with 3rd party providers.

    The type of contract I wish to see is below:

    Dedicated hosting - Managed environment

    Co-Location - hosting allows a business to still own their own server equipment; however, instead of
    storing it in their own data centre, they instead are able to store it in rented space in a colocation hosting centre.

    Cloud Hosting - Cloud hosting services provide hosting for websites on virtual servers, which pull their computing resource from extensive underlying networks of physical web servers.

    Not all of these will be applicable to the organisation.

    For the different types of hosting services, can you provide me with the following information:

    1. Type of hosting - Dedicated, Co-Location, Cloud Hosting, Other?

    2. Who is the supplier of the contract? If possible, can you also provide me with the name of the vendor, if applicable?

    3. What is the annual contract value for each contract?

    4. What type of cloud environment?

    Private Cloud - a distinct and secure cloud based environment in which only the specified client can
    operate.

    Public Cloud - where cloud services are provided in a virtualised environment, constructed using pooled
    shared physical resources, and accessible over a public network such as the internet.

    Hybrid - integrated cloud service utilising both private and public clouds to perform distinct functions within the same organisation.

    5. What is the original start date of the contract agreement? If there are more than one contract, please provide me with the start date for each contract.

    6. What is the actual expiry date of the contract agreement? If there are more than one contract, please provide me with the expiry date for each contract.

    7. When will the organisation plan to review this contract? If there are more than one contract, please provide me with the review date for each contract.

    8. What is the contract period in years? Please include whether the agreement has any extension periods?

    9. What services are provided under the contract? Please do not put hosting, information such as web

    Please kindly provide information on the cost of annual maintenance, disaggregated as much as possible to the extent below, of the ship RRS James Clark Ross in 2017, 2018 and 2019 to date using the following table:

    Furthermore, please also confirm if full repair programme has been carried out (if yes, when) or if you have plans to do so before any future sale of the vessel.

    We would also be grateful if you would confirm if the RRS James Clark Ross is intended to be sold by BAS and what, if any, purchase price has been agreed with the government of Ukraine.
