Does the National Geoscience Data Centre currently have the CoreTrustSeal of Approval certification?

NGDC does not currently have the CoreTrustSeal certification. The last NGDC certification period ended on 24th January 2021 and although NGDC started the process of re-certification in 2019 and have been actively engaged in the process since then (including submitting application forms, paying the fees for re-certification and meeting all required deadlines and requirements), circumstances outside the control of NGDC mean that the award has not yet been made. NGDC is still actively engaging weekly with CoreTrustSeal however the next stage of the process is with them and NGDC awaits their decision.
