I am currently reviewing project documents form large innovative projects to specifically understand the implementation and application of risk management practices for these very unique projects like the Sir David Attenborough - new polar research ship.
Was therefore hoping you could direct/support me with access pertaining the above, please.

I [am] interested in any electronic templates pertaining examples of risks logged and administered (A Risk Register extract will suffice). Any copy of the risk governance policy document agreed at initiation stage if available please will be great, again does not need to be the original... looking to understand the process.

Please find attached "FOI2021_00485 NPRV Risk Templates" which gives examples of the risk log used by the programme board at initiation of the New Polar Research Vessel (NPRV) project, the Project Risk Register used by the shipyard at initiation of the project and the Risk Register used by the "ship in service" board towards the end of the programme.
In addition, also please find attached "FOI2021_00485 RM Strategy NPRV Start v1" which is the risk management strategy for the original business case.
