PURPOSE:
This request is being made for educational and research purposes to support the development of an open-source database of public sector SaaS procurement pricing. The information will help promote transparency in government IT procurement and enable better value for money across the public sector. This is part of the SaaSCUAD project https://github.com/saascuad
