I kindly request that you, provide me with

- a list of all of the individual teams and areas, within business support services and human resources (such as, but not limited to, hr manager, hr business partner, customer service manager, administration manager, personal assistant etc),

- providing the names of the team managers, senior managers, heads of departments, and directors and all other staff within each department,

- including the named individuals job title, office contact telephone number, and organisation email address.

- Please also provide me with all vacant positions including permanent, temporary, contactors and fixed term contracts.

Please find attached at Annex 1 FOI2021-00228 the UKRI HR team overview containing details of the structure and job titles in response to points 1 and 3 of your request.

Information in response to points 2 and 4 of your request falls under Section 21 - Information already reasonably accessible, of the FOIA the following information you have requested is already available in the public domain:

- Directors and members of the Senior Leadership Team can be found on the UKRI webpage1 .

- Links to UKRI Vacancies can also be found on the UKRI webpage2 .

Section 21 is an absolute exemption which means that there is no requirement to conduct a public interest test.

Information in response to point 3 and the remainder of point 2 has been withheld under section 40 of the FOIA.

We are exempting the names of staff, team managers and contact details under section 40(2) of the FOIA. Disclosing this information would contravene the first Data Protection Principle as defined under Section 86 of the Data Protection Act 2018 and Article 5 of UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Section 40(2) is an absolute exemption and does not require a public interest test
